ACTP Foundation is the public-facing name used for documentation and stewardship communications concerning ACT Protocol.

The use of the name "Foundation" does not itself establish that a separately incorporated, tax-exempt or registered nonprofit legal entity exists in any particular jurisdiction.

Any legally registered entity, registration number, registered address, authorized representative and applicable nonprofit status must be identified through independently supportable records before being asserted.

Nature & Intended Use of ACTP

ACT Protocol (ACTP) is described as a utility token intended to support defined access, validation and participation functions within compatible ACT ecosystem services.

The intended utility does not mean that all related applications, integrations or protocol functions are presently operational.

The description of a token as a utility token does not independently determine its treatment under securities, commodities, payments, consumer protection or other applicable legislation.

Token Holder Rights & Limitations

Ownership or possession of ACTP does not, by itself, establish the following rights:

• Equity ownership or shares in an organization.
• Dividends, interest or a contractual share of profits.
• A claim against foundation or project treasury assets.
• Automatic voting authority over the token smart contract.
• Guaranteed redemption, exchangeability or future token value.

Any service-specific benefits must be established through applicable and implemented service terms, not assumed from ownership of ACTP alone.

Token Issuance, Distribution & Markets

ACTP was initialized with a token supply of 1,000,000,000 units on Polygon PoS, as described in the project's technical documentation.

The supplied smart-contract implementation does not include an additional mint function. This statement does not replace independent verification of the deployed source code.

Actual token allocations, historical transfers, distributions, treasury activity, liquidity transactions and any token-related consideration must be evaluated using reliable records.

The existence of a decentralized exchange liquidity position must not be interpreted as an exchange endorsement, token listing, guaranteed market or guaranteed liquidity protection.

Regulatory & Compliance Considerations

The legal treatment of ACTP depends on applicable legislation, the actual characteristics of token-related activities, participants and jurisdictions.

Relevant legal considerations may include securities regulation, sanctions, anti-money laundering obligations, consumer protection, taxation, virtual asset service provider requirements and financial promotion restrictions, where applicable.
